The Canadian Fire Fighter's Museum showcases the historical development of fire fighting in Canada from about 1831 to 1955, with a collection of fire fighting apparatus, motorized trucks from 1921-1956, hand-drawn and horse-drawn apparatus, fire equipment, photographs and other related materials to tell the story of fire-fighting in ealier times. Wheelchair accessible, group tours welcome. Open June 1st and September 30th daily from 10am to 4pm. Admission is free & by donation.

Dorothy's House Museum is a picturesque late 1800s Ontario Frame Cottage-style structur, restored to resemble a working man's cottage of that period, and contains artifacts from the area. An authentic barn houses a farm tool and implement collection, and a Victorian Garden highlights the grounds. Open Victoria Day through until October. Free admission.
