AB/BC: Good news! Yellowhead Highway #16 is now open for COMMERCIAL (trucker) traffic. This will allow through-traffic through fire-damaged Jasper between Prince George, BC and Hinton, AB (and points beyond)
Access through Jasper National Park via Yellowhead Highway 16 from 5am-7am, 10am-5pm, 8pm-9pm Mountain Time. Subject to change.
Non-commercial traffic will needs to wait for some safety /infrastructure needs to be met.
