At 2 pm EST, there was an explosion involving a car with 2 passengers as it was approaching the US Customs inspection stations t the Rainbow Bridge. ALL bridges and border crossings to New York across the Niagara River were CLOSED, due to an incident on the US side of the Rainbow Bridge.
UPDATE 5 pm: New York Gov. Kathy Hochul says there is “no sign of terrorist activity” at a press conference for the crash at the U.S-Canada border in Niagara Falls.
