Operating from 1986 to 2000 as the 86ers, an in 2001 changed back to Whitecaps and are Vancouver’s team in the United Soccer League’s top competitive league. Products/Brands: The early Whitecaps in 1979, became Vancouver’s only franchise to win a major North American Championship. As the 86ers, they won four CSL (Canadian Soccer League) Championships.
