Ending over New Brunswick and western Nova Scotia late this morning and later this afternoon for eastern mainland Nova Scotia and Cape Breton.
Temperatures are forecast to fall rapidly to -10 range this afternoon and evening across mainland Nova Scotia.
Ponding water, slush, and any falling precipitation will freeze as the temperature drops.
