During the harvest season, 600 vendors sell their smoked meats, sausage and schnitzel, locally grown fruits and vegetables as well as a hearty variety of cheeses, freshly baked breads and traditional Waterloo County fare. On Tuesdays and Thursdays host the livestock auction of hogs, calves, dairy and beef cattle. year-round: Thur & Sat 7 am – 3:30 pm; mid-June to end-October: Tuesdays, 8 am to 3 pm
