Brewing since 1834, the Sleeman family started the Silver Creek Brewery, now known a Sleeman’s. Brewery tours are available Monday through Wednesday evenings between 7 and 9pm. Tours can be booked for groups of between 10-20 people. Book well in advance. 1-800-BOTTLES ext. 4454 or 519-826-5454. Administrative fee of $4 per person.
