QU: Snow (10 cm) expected to affect Southwestern Quebec (Montreal, Ottawa) on Tuesday evening and then Central Quebec (Laurentians, Quebec City) on Wednesday.
However, localities near the St. Lawrence River and along the Ottawa Valley should see the snow change to rain on Wednesday morning.
