QU: A snow storm (20 centimetres) along St Lawrence from Montreal to Quebec City to Gaspe, and over 30 centimetres north of Quebec City. Strong Northeasterly winds and blowing snow are also expected, with gusts to 90 kilometres per hour near the river.
